You are not the only one who feels this.
BraveHeartMind is a place where people write honestly about anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, depression, ADHD and everything around them — what it actually feels like, what helped, and what they are still working through. No clinical distance. No easy answers. Just people who have been there.

We built the place we couldn't find
BraveHeartMind didn’t begin as a website. It began as a small group of us — people quietly dealing with anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, depression and ADHD — who found each other and started talking.
It turned out that being understood by someone who had genuinely been there was worth more than we’d expected. So we built a bigger, kinder version of the same thing: a place where people share what actually helped — not as experts, but as people who get it.
Start by reading. Share when you're ready.
Joining is free and takes a minute. You can use a pseudonym, and nothing you write is ever public until you choose to publish it.
